Who we are

AlphaFlow Math Lab is an independent, in-person math learning lab located at 4800 Meadows Road, Suite 300, Office 391, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any school or school district.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit one of our forms (for example, to book an assessment or a Math Prep Check), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, your child's first name and grade, scheduling preferences, and any notes you choose to share. Our advertising landing pages may also record standard campaign parameters (such as which ad brought you to the page) so we know how families found us.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and run sessions, share results such as your child's Math Map, and improve our services and advertising. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers we use to operate (such as email delivery and appointment scheduling), who process it on our behalf.

Children's information

Our forms are intended for parents and guardians. We ask only for the minimum student information needed to prepare for a session (first name and grade), and student work from sessions is shared with the student's own parent or guardian.

Cookies and analytics

Our advertising pages may use standard measurement tools (such as Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand which ads lead to inquiries. These tools may set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to update or delete the contact information we hold about your family. Call or text 971-255-3972, or ask us in person, and we will take care of it.
