AlphaFlow Math Lab is a modern in-person math learning lab in Lake Oswego near Kruse Way & Carmen Dr. We help Portland-area students in grades 1–12 build confidence, strengthen math foundations, and understand math more clearly through diagnostics, structured lessons, visual instruction, and tutor guidance.
Many of our Portland-area families start with a free Math Skills Assessment so we can identify strengths, gaps, confidence level, and the best starting point. AlphaFlow is not generic homework help and is not a Portland office — all instruction happens in our Lake Oswego learning lab. We focus on helping students see the math, understand it, and build skills that last.

We start every family with a free in-person Math Skills Assessment to identify strengths, gaps, and the right starting point.

Build a plan
From the assessment we build a focused plan — what to shore up, what to push forward, and how often to come in.

Teach visually
Lessons are structured around visual math instruction so students can see the math, not just memorize steps.

Guided practice
Students work problems with a tutor next to them — reps that build skill and confidence at the same time.

Adjust
We re-check progress and adjust the plan. Math support is only useful if it keeps moving with the student.

Is the Math Skills Assessment really free?
Yes. No cost, no card on file. We use the assessment to understand where your student is so any plan we recommend is based on what your child shows us, not a sales pitch.
Where is AlphaFlow Math Lab located?
We are at 4800 Meadows Road, Suite 300, Office 391, Lake Oswego, OR 97035 — near Kruse Way & Carmen Dr. All instruction and assessments happen in-person at our Lake Oswego learning lab.
Do you serve families in the Portland area?
Yes. Many of the families we work with come from the Portland area and the surrounding area. The drive to our Lake Oswego learning lab is short, and we book weeknight and weekend times to make it workable.
What grade levels do you support?
Grades 1–12. Elementary foundations, middle school math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and beyond. The assessment adapts to where your student actually is, regardless of grade label.
How is this different from online tutoring?
Everything happens in-person, in a quiet space, with a tutor sitting next to your student. We focus on visual instruction and structured practice — not screen-share homework help.
